How to Connect Gravity Forms with Freshdesk’s Reply-to Name

I’ve created a gravity form that sends an email and opens a ticket on Freshdesk.

But then in Freshdesk, when I reply to an email, it puts the first part of the email as the person’s name in Freshdesk. Agh!

Here’s how it should work:

The first name now populats properly in Freshdesk!

Gravity Forms Reply To Field Fixes the Freshdesk Issue

The fix is to not put an email address in the Gravity Forms “Reply To” field in the notification. Instead, put anything else in that field (I put the person’s name, but it doesn’t really matter, actually).
