I’ve created a gravity form that sends an email and opens a ticket on Freshdesk.
But then in Freshdesk, when I reply to an email, it puts the first part of the email as the person’s name in Freshdesk. Agh!
Here’s how it should work:

The fix is to not put an email address in the Gravity Forms “Reply To” field in the notification. Instead, put anything else in that field (I put the person’s name, but it doesn’t really matter, actually).
