Convert Address to Google Maps Link

By virtue of the GPL, We are all the proud owner of a new plugin in the WordPress.org repository – Convert Address to Google Maps Link.  This aptly-titled plugin does one thing and does it well – it creates links to Google maps from addresses that are in the HTML “<address>” tags.

I created it for my forthcoming CRM theme and/or plugin, and it has been working swimmingly!
